This disk insert is used for a variety of electrochemical applications. Namely, the disk insert is used as the working electrode in ChangeDisk Rotating Disk (RDE) and Rotating Ring-Disk (RRDE) electrodes. This 5 mm OD x 4 mm thick diser insert has been precision machined to exactly fit Pine Research 5 mm ChangeDisk electrode tips. One side of the disk is polished, and its opposite site is not and has a slight bevel for optimal insertion and removal from the ChangeDisk tip.
