The purpose of this adapter cable is to allow a modern MSR evo style motor controller to be connected to a legacy MSR motor unit. Older MSR rotators (such as the AFMSRX and AFMSRXE) have a round black connector on top of the motor unit. Using this adapter cable, a connection can be made from the round black connector on the motor unit to the HD-15 connector on the MSR evo control unit.
