This snap-on ferrite connector is intended for use with WaveDriver series electrochemical workstation power supplies. A ferrite is a magnetic material used to suppress high-frequency noise, interference, and crosstalk from the power supply.  It may be helpful in any power input noise from entering your electrochemical workstation.
