Pine Research offers three main types of screen-printed electrodes (SPEs): carbon on polymer substrate, gold on ceramic, and platinum on ceramic. Each electrode fits into the same screen-printed electrode grip mount. The carbon SPEs, which are thinner, require backing with polymer spacer to ensure proper fitting into the grip mount. This sample kit includes ten 2 mm OD carbon SPEs, ten 5 x 4 mm carbon SPEs, one gold SPE, one platinum SPE, and twenty spacers.
