This PTFE mount fits into a 14/20 port on an electrochemical cell. Any electrode (or thermometer or other probe) with a 7.0 mm outer diameter will fit into the hole on top of this mount. An inner o-ring provides an internal seal and a way to adjust the vertical position of the electrode with respect to the mount.
