This standard 150 mL cell features five round glass ports. The center port (24/25) is large enough to easily accommodate the shaft of a rotating disk or ring-disk electrode. The four side necks are smaller (14/20) and can be used to mount reference and counter electrodes and other accessories. Two accessories are included to permit deaeration of the cell contents. A dual inlet accessory which mounts in one of the side ports can be used to sparge the cell solution and/or blanket the solution with an inert gas. A single outlet accessory serves as the escape path for the sparging/purging gases. A complete set of PTFEstoppers for sealing the cell is also included.
