Description

MAXIMUM ROTATION RATE: 2500 RPM — Never exceed maximum rotation rate when working with rotating electrodes.

TEMPERATURE RANGE: 10°C – 25°C — Electrode damage may occur at temperatures beyond recommended range.

This series of RRDE tips may be used with the MSR, ASR, and CPR rotators.

These E3 Series Fixed-Disk RDE tips featuring a 12.0 mm OD PTFE shroud are one of our most popular RDE products. Simply screw the tip on to the shaft, and it is ready to be rotated. This shaft and tip RDE design allows you to use multiple RDE tips with the same shaft. The disk electrode can be made from a variety of metals, alloys, and steels, and the shroud is fabricated from chemically-resistant PEEK. Our most popular disk insert RDEs can be found here, including glassy carbon, platinum, and gold. Designed for experiments like fuel cell electrocatalyst screening, these RDE tips provide the platform you need to accomplish your research goals.

Compatible shafts include AFE3M for use with the MSR rotator, AFE3A for use with the ASR rotator, and AFE3F for non-rotating applications.
