These disk inserts are designed for use with our ChangeDisk RDE and RRDE tips.  Our most popular insert materials include glassy carbon, platinum, and gold, fabricated entirely from the material of interest.  Other materials can be found here, and are also available upon request.  We routinely make custom disk inserts using a wide range of materials.

If you own an E4 Series RDE tip purchased before 2006, you must choose one of the special "thin disk inserts" from the pricing table.  If you purchased your E4 Series RDE tip after 2005, then you may use any of the standard 5.0 mm OD x 4.0 mm thick disk inserts in the pricing table.

  • Standard disk OD = 5.0 mm
  • Standard disk length = 4.0 mm
